I have been using Windows 10 as the 3rd month, everything seems to be fine. Only there is one problem: when you try to play some downloaded videos (films) - the error "Can't Play" appears (I sent you a photo).

In general, Windows 10 (by default) uses the app to play media files "Cinema and TV" (which is not "omnivorous"). And the error you cited often occurs when playing some AVI, MP4, MKV files (inside which a variety of codecs can be used).

Try another video player
Who would not say what, but at the moment, the players built into Windows are significantly inferior to third-party products (including in terms of supported video formats).

Next, right-click on the video file that is not playing, and in the explorer menu, select "Open with -> VLC" (eg).

Usually, if the file is okay, VLC will start playing it. If the error "pops up" again - try to open it in PotPlayer (this player already has built-in codecs and does not need third-party software for its work).

Pay attention to whether your video file has been fully downloaded (copied, transferred, restored, etc.). Is it exactly the same uTorrent (for example) opposite it shows a value of 100%!

4) Is the system infected with virus (adware) software
The inability to view the video (sometimes the appearance of banners and advertising offers at the beginning of the video, or instead of it) indicates that your system is infected with viruses.
