It's already the second month, I'm thinking of buying a product elsewhere. Can you tell me how you can find out where my package is? The Russian Post says that the goods did not arrive ...

In general, you can see how the Russian post office works on the news (so it’s not surprising 👀).
But seriously, I'll start this article with the main thing: there are no parcels or parcels. When ordering goods, the parcel can be sent by various companies, including the Russian post (I will focus on it in this article, since most of them use it for delivery: because it is free, and in many cases there is no alternative ...).

About the types of parcels and their tracking
I do not know the subtleties of the mail: but they have different options for parcels - there are those that come with a track number and those that go without a track number.
Track code / track number / tracking number (in English - tracking number) - a unique number of letters and numbers, knowing which, you can track where your parcel is currently located.
The seller must inform you of the track code after sending the goods (at least in most Chinese stores this is the case).

If a your shipment is small (a small package is called, if I am not mistaken) - then often it is sent without a track number, which means that it is impossible to track it. It's all the same what if you sent a regular letter (by the way, they are also extremely rare now, at least through my post office - I have not received a single letter in the last 5 years, although there were dozens of them - 100%! ).
So here, if your shipment does not have a track number, then you just have to wait and hope that it will arrive. By the way, do not forget to extend the buyer's warranty (if we are talking about AliExpress). if, 45 days after shipment, you do not request an extension, or open a dispute about a refund, the money will not be returned to you, even if the goods do not reach you ...

As I said above, the store should provide you with the track number after sending the goods to your address. As an example, the screenshot above shows the track number of one parcel (all matches are random) - LM553155318CN.
You need to find a similar track number in the description of your order, it is necessary in order to find out where your package is and what happened to it 👌 ...
