At the same time, it should be said that your device will ring at full volume, even if it is reduced to a minimum on it (this is a serious advantage compared to a simple call from another phone).

"Ringing" and finding your phone
Method 1
1) First you need to go to the Google account settings page. By the way, if you are authorized in Chrome, then just click on the icon of your nickname in the upper right corner of the screen (example in the screenshot below).

2) Next, you need to go to the tab "Safety" and click on the link "Device Management" ... See example below.

3) From the list of devices, select your phone, click LMB on the icon with "three dots" - and in the menu that appears, click on "Find phone" .

4) After you click on the button "Call" - the phone starts to beep beep at full volume! If you have it lost somewhere in your house, you will almost certainly hear it ... 👌

5) By the way, if the search for the device was unsuccessful - for security reasons, you can lock the phone or delete all "unnecessary" data from it (see the menu of functions offered by Google).

There are specials. Google app - Find My Device (link to Play Market). You can install it on your phone even if you do not have the device itself at hand - just after you press the button "Install" - select the desired device directly in the browser ...

And then - just open the official Google website and you will immediately see a large map on which the found device will be shown (this will work if the phone has Internet access and it is turned on). Of course, the scale can be changed to display a specific house ...

- block it;
- and delete all data from its memory (it is very useful if the phone is not at all clear where and in whose hands ...).
