Built-in options are fine, of course, but they don't always do as well as third-party products. Besides the cache, the phone's memory can "chop off" old APK-files, various temporary and residual files, and other "garbage".
In addition, not all versions of the phone software have options for clearing the cache.

If we take AMC Security, then everything is simple here: after launching the application, press the button "Start" and you will immediately see how many junk files you have in memory.
