I just could not fail to note a very effective application for working with photos, which is built into the Windows 10. It is called simply "Photos".
In order to use it: just select the photo you need, right-click on it and open the tab "To open with" ... If you have this application, it will be present in the list (see example below 👇).

Then you can crop and rotate the image in the photo, apply various effects and adjustments to it (note that there are not so many of them, but quite enough for non-professionals).
