Thank you for your kind words 👍. Well, in general, in order to properly sign a picture - today even programs do not need to be installed (not that to understand them), it is enough that you have access to the Internet.
In this article I will give several services on the network that allow you to quickly get this job done. By the way, the main emphasis is on the simplicity of the task (so that anyone can quickly figure it out 👌).

On the other hand, I suddenly imagined: not everyone wants / can upload personal photos to unfamiliar services, besides, the Internet does not always work in normal mode (lags are not excluded, due to which there may be problems with uploading / downloading high-quality photos).
Therefore, below I will give a few examples of work in popular programs.

Note: Preinstalled on all modern versions of Windows.
To open: press the combination Win + R, enter the command mspaint, press Enter.
Paint is a simple graphics editor that almost every Windows user has! Allows you to quickly and easily draw or edit a picture, photo. You can start the program using the START menu, or through the "Run" window (how to do this - see just above ☝).
Next press "File / open" , and enter your photo that you want to caption.

Tools for working with text should open:
- you can select the desired font, specify its size, select a font style (for example, italic, underlined, highlighted), etc.;

Of course, there are not so many tools in Paint, but nevertheless, you can quickly edit any picture / photo, even if you do not have any other program and Internet access.

This program is used to work with pictures, it is especially relevant when you have a lot of them (an alternative to the explorer, which, moreover, does not slow down 👍).
Allows you to open and view dozens of various formats of pictures that can only be found. Not for nothing, Irfan View has gained immense popularity and is installed on many PCs (even on those sold in stores). Perhaps you also have it (if not, I recommend installing it, more than once or twice it will help you out, especially since it weighs only ~ 3 MB).
Just in case, I'll show you how to sign a picture in English. version (in general, the program supports Russian, but it must additionally be downloaded from the official website).
1) After starting the program, open the picture you want to edit.
2) Next, click on the menu "Edit / Insert text ..." ... You can also press the hot key combination Ctrl + T .

3) Next, in the "TEXT" field, write the text that you want to be displayed in the picture. Select the font, size, color and other settings.
Then press the button "Preview" - and you will see how your lettering will look like. Thus, even if you are still unfamiliar with the program settings, you can empirically select and make a beautiful inscription easily. By the way, there are a lot of settings here, unlike Paint ...

3) After adding the inscription - all that remains is to save the picture: click on "File / Save as ..." ... An example of what I got is shown below.
In my opinion, nothing happened so-so (if you still "play" with the settings, you can do better) ...
In general, Irfan View is a very convenient program - you can quickly view all your photos, sign / edit part of it and save the collection. I recommend to install and use!

Actually, this is how you can quickly and easily sign any photos or pictures. Of course, I'm not a graphics guru: you can use different brushes, fonts, etc. (or, in general, draw everything yourself - there are special programs for creativity for this).
Nevertheless, it seems to me that in most cases - even what is presented in the note will be more than enough!
