For me, for example, the last time it happened with one toy is this: the developer indicated some data in the system requirements, but in fact the game on them slowed down (and I just got into this "golden" mean, which was not taken into account when writing those requirements ). Justice must be restored ?! 👌
Actually, below in the note I will share how best to make a refund (so that there are fewer questions) and money faster came to the account (of course, I am not a specialist in all possible "subtleties", I will share only what I have encountered repeatedly myself). ✌

What to do to return: step by step

To begin with, an important point - you can not get money back for every game (what you have in your account library). If someone thinks to play enough, and then "do" such a cunning trick - it will not work!

There are certainconditions for a refund:
- you purchased the game no more than 14 days ago (2 weeks);
- you spent no more than 2 hours in the game (Steam shows the time next to each game);
- the purchase of the game had to take place on their officers. site (note: just some games are purchased on third-party sites, and then downloaded on Steam by code. This option will not work for a refund!);
- Refunds for in-game items are a little more complicated (there are many nuances) and I do not touch on it in the article!

Next, select one of the problems that occurred with the game from the list. I recommend to specify the item "product did not meet expectations" (this is the fastest-considered option 👌).

After that, you will need to specify the method of refund. The fastest (no longer than 7 days) - to the account in Steam itself (I recommend choosing it! 👌).
Note: if you specify other methods of return, the withdrawal may take up to two months!

For reasons (again) it is better to point out that the game was purchased in error or simply too difficult for you.

Subject to the above recommendations, the funds will be returned to your account within several. hours (most likely! Do not forget that the official period is up to 7 days).
Return speed, apparently, is due to the fact that in most cases (if certain conditions are met) everything is considered by a machine, and not by a person (which is why I recommended indicating these specific reasons)! 👌
